Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Sadiya Farouq, has told Nigerians benefitting from Federal Government’s Conditional money Transfer (CCT) to not collect but N30,000 as grant.
She spoke on Sabbatum at a press informing in Gusau, Zamfara State, NAN reports.
Farouq aforesaid the President Muhammadu Buhari administration’s initiative was to bring succor to the poor, dismissed and vulnerable voters.
The minister aforesaid beneficiaries can get a minimum of N30,000 and a most of N80,000.
“Should any of our officers concerned within the programme provide you with something in need of the minimum quantity of N30,000, don’t collect. report back to ME or your state governor through phone numbers created obtainable to you.”
She explained why the programme was nevertheless to totally initiate in some states.
Farouq noted that states ar alleged to be, “30 p.c prepared in terms of their commitment and personnel involvement before the national comes in with the remaining seventy percent”.
